Lost Parcel Sale Event Coming to Luxembourg for the First Time

"Ten tons of lost packages!" Yes, you read that right. Ten tons of lost parcels are making their way to Luxembourg City in the upcoming days, set to be sold at the Kirchberg Shopping Center from April 30th to May 4th.

The organizer of this event, King Colis Company, explains on their Instagram page: "Every day, over 50 million parcels are delivered across Europe." However, not all of them reach their intended destinations due to various reasons related to e-commerce platforms, and we all end up bearing the cost one day. Since they can no longer be legally destroyed, "these unclaimed packages become treasures for us!" And now, one of these events is scheduled to take place at the Kirchberg Shopping Center Gallery.

You never know what's inside the package!

From Wednesday, April 30th to Saturday, May 4th (excluding Thursday, May 1st), everyone can visit from 9 am to 8 pm to purchase these packages. As this type of purchase is essentially a mystery purchase, you won't know what's in your selected package(s).

The price per kilo? €19.90 for a so-called "standard" lost package and €27.90 for an Amazon lost package.
